At The Layer Shed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days to return an item from the date it was posted (dispatched). Once your return window begins at the point of postage, please ensure your return request is submitted and the item is sent back within this period.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Items must be in their original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
Items returned outside the 14-day window.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [adam@layershed.com] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, please note we take images of every product before posting so we will know if damage is post delivery. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.
